By downloading, installing, or using the PetHealthNotes mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PetHealthNotes is a pet health management application that allows users to:

• Track pet health records, medications, and vaccinations
• Schedule and manage veterinary appointments
• Store pet-related notes and documents
• Receive reminders for pet care activities

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings
• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

7. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: PetHealthNotes is an information management tool and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified veterinarian for any medical concerns regarding your pets.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (excluding User Content) are owned by PetHealthNotes and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetHealthNotes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
